Fall Fashion Accessories for Every Day

Fashion, Fashion Trends

Hey guys, happy fall! Other than this being my birthday season, there are so many reasons that I am excited for this time of year. I absolutely love going “adult back to school shopping” to update my closet with new accessories to mix and match with different outfits. Here are a few new additions that I think are on trend and prefect for everyday wear this fall.

The Sock Bootie : As seen on many designer runways, these ankle boots work perfectly for street style and workwear. I’m obsessed with the way they look paired with skirts, shorts and dresses. They hug your ankle tightly and sit just below your calf making your legs look long and lean. I actually styled these in my welcome post, here. {Zara}

Leather Clutch : At the moment, mini handbags are really popular and for a good reason. I get a little tired of lugging around a tote bag and sometimes they feel too bulky and overpower my outfits. A clutch is a great choice when you’re making a quick trip and only need to bring your essential items (keys, phone, cards, lipstick, etc). Leather backpacks are another great option for a new handbag this fall. {Madewell}

Statement Sunglasses : It’s still very sunny in New York so I always keep my sunglasses around. I recommend finding a pair of classic frames that go with every outfit. The ones pictured here have a cat eye shape and compliment my facial structure really well. But, I don’t think you could go wrong with a pair of aviators. {Madewell}

Western Leather Belt : I haven’t owned a belt since high waisted jeans became popular since they take away the need for one. But, I find that belts do add more style to my outfits without much effort. I love this one paired with acid wash jeans and a crisp white collard shirt for work attire. {Zara}

Fur Keychain : Some people hate them but I am obsessed with fur keychain rings. I fell in love with the Fendi Monster one at Saks, but don’t nobody have $600 for that! This one isn’t as luxurious but I think it’s adorable. They’re also a smart option because it’s easier to find your keys in your handbag. {H&M}
